Screen Capping Rubber
We supply a wide range of extruded profiles capping rubber. This high quality extruded profile protects the mesh and cloth in heavy duty screening applications and extends the mesh life. Our capping is suitable for all mesh types. We can supply this capping rubber profile in 25 meter long rolls or cut to length to suit your screen.
1. Capping Rubber is a specifically designed rubber extrusion used to cover the stringer bars on vibrating screens.
2. Capping Rubber is made from ( EPDM) or ( NR/SBR) rubber compound , specifically designed to have excellent ozone, wear and impact resistance.
3. The type of capping rubber used be based on the duty of the application and also the stringer bar size.
